Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) of star hotels in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province in January 2024 was recorded at 33.20 percent, up 18.32 percent compared to the January 2023 TPK. When compared to the previous month, the January 2024 TPK decreased by 26.87 percent.

The total average length of stay of guests in star classification hotels in January 2024 reached 1.72 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests reached 2.30 days while the average length of stay of domestic guests reached 1.60 days.

During January 2024, there were 8,426 foreign tourists visiting NTT, this figure decreased by 33.54 percent compared to the number of foreign tourists in the previous month.

The TPK of non-star hotels in NTT Province in January 2024 was 13.14 percent, this figure decreased by 28.74 percent when compared to December 2023.

The number of non-star hotel guests in January 2024 was recorded at 30,361 people, this number decreased by 11,673 people compared to December 2023.

The number of guests of star hotels in January 2024 decreased by 30.16 percent or decreased by 15,137 people compared to December 2023
