Abstract

Star-Rated Hotel Occupancy Rate: In December 2024, the occupancy rate for star-rated hotels in NTT was recorded at 40.49 percent. This figure represents an 8.62 percent decrease compared to November 2023, but shows a 6.44 percent increase compared to the previous month, November 2024.
Star-Rated Hotel Guests: The number of guests staying in star-rated hotels in December 2024 increased by 11.82 percent, or by 5,613 people, compared to November 2024.
Average Length of Stay: The total average length of stay for guests at star-rated hotels in December 2024 was 1.55 days. The average length of stay for international guests was 1.99 days, while the average length of stay for domestic guests was 1.44 days.
Non-Star-Rated Hotel Occupancy Rate: The occupancy rate for non-star-rated hotels in NTT in December 2024 was 14.93 percent, a 1.52 percent decrease compared to November 2024.
Non-Star-Rated Hotel Guests: The number of guests staying in non-star-rated hotels in December 2024 was recorded at 41,873 people, a decrease of 361 people compared to November 2024.
International Tourist Arrivals: During December 2024, a total of 18,751 international tourists visited NTT. This figure represents a 14.61 percent increase compared to the number of international tourists in the previous month.
