Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Lembata regency 2024

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify consumer needs and satisfaction to improve data quality and public services. Respondents for the 2024 SKD are consumers who receive services from the Integrated Statistics Service Unit (PST) of BPS in Lembata Regency. The general objectives of the SKD are to gather evaluation materials from consumers as a basis for enhancing the quality of statistical data and information while ensuring excellent service delivery. The 2024 SKD results will be presented in a publication containing descriptive analyses of consumer characteristics, identifying the types of data consumers need, recommending service improvements in PST units, assessing consumer satisfaction levels with BPS data and services, evaluating the achievement of BPS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and gauging public perceptions of anti-corruption in BPS services. Data will be displayed using tables, charts, and infographics, with the analytical scope limited to the PST BPS in Lembata Regency.
